 Please view the updated BQ 100 Questionnaire for Occupational License Tax form in our Forms section.  Effective immediately and until further notice, the GSCRC office is closed to the public.  This is an effort to keep both staff and the public safe and to decrease the transmission of COVID-19 virus. All information and/or requests can be emailed, faxed or mailed to GSCRC during this time.

GSCRC OFFICE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC: Effective 6/29/20, GSCRC will begin to accept in person drop off of documents. When you arrive at the building please call 502-863-9805 and a staff member will come to retrieve your documents.

Effective 6/29/20, GSCRC will begin to accept limited in-person appointments. Taxpayers wishing to schedule an in person meeting must call 502-863-9805 to schedule a meeting in advance. Taxpayers must follow the protocols detailed here (READ MEETING PROTOCOL HERE). Meetings will only occur at 1:00 p.m. OR 2:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. All meetings will be scheduled for 30 minutes.

 

EXTENDED NET PROFIT FILING DEADLINE: GSCRC will be honor the extended federal income tax filing deadline. The new filing deadline is July 15, 2020. 

WAIVER OF PENALTIES AND INTEREST: GSCRC WILL NOT be assessing late filing penalties or interest on any return that was originally due after March 17, 2020. This waiver of penalties and interest will continue until further notice. 

In Ovservance of the July 4th Holiday: Georgetown Scott County Revenue Commission will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3, 2020
